Dolapo Aisha Alabi is the Company Secretary and Head of Legal at Wemabod Limited, where she leads the company’s legal and compliance functions, ensuring adherence to corporate governance and regulatory requirements. She joined Wemabod in September 2023, bringing extensive experience in corporate law, contract management, and risk mitigation.

Previously, Dolapo served as Company Secretary and Head of Legal at Sujimoto Group, managing corporate governance and advising on complex legal matters. With a career spanning more than a decade, she has also worked with Legalhouse Solicitors and held roles in litigation, regulatory compliance, and commercial law. Dolapo holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Obafemi Awolowo University and a Barrister-at-Law (B.L.) from the Nigerian Law School. She has completed certifications in Corporate Governance, Copyright Law, and Energy Transition.
