Our Company, Westlink Facilities Management Company Limited, is a subsidiary of Wemabod Limited. We are the facility managers of several iconic commercial, residential and warehouse building of the Odu’a Investment Limited, Wemabod Limited and other 3rd parties in Lagos, Ibadan and Upcountry.
We are desirous of pre-qualifying competent contractors and artisans that can handle some aspects of the operation and maintenance that we render facility management services listed as follows:
A. General renovation and repair services of building fabric- Masonry, construction and finishes.
B. Mechanical- Plumbing, water treatment & storage, waste, fountain, sanitary systems
C. Electrical- electrical wiring distribution, transformer, and electronic systems of low and high voltage.
D. Security and Safety works- Security guards, surveillance equipment, fire prevention and fighting systems, fire hydrant and hose reel.
E. Generator supplies & maintenance- LV and HT of generator and ancillary services (diesel & oil).
F. Carpentry- Roofing, ceiling, door, furnishing.
G. Ironmongery- fabrications, window.
H. Cleaning, dislodging & fumigation- cleaners (internal & external), cleaning of drainage, fumigation.
I. HVAC- Air conditioners, refrigerator, heater device.
J. Lift and Escalator- operation and maintenance.
K. Environmental- sewage system and treatment plant, waste disposal
L. Painting and decoration: painting, design, and decoration.
M. Horticulture, gardening, and landscaping.
N. ICT systems- Data vending.
