Mr. Oluyemi Ejidiran

Mr Yemi Ejidiran had his first degree in Quantity Surveying and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Ilorin. 

He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management and a member of the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria. He is a certified Project Management Professional. 

Yemi had worked in different capacities, some of which are as Consulting Quantity Surveyor, Business Development and Project Management Executive in Real Estate, Building and Civil Engineering Institutions. He rose to Head the property department of one of the largest commercial Banks in Nigeria in 1998 and held several management positions in Real Estate Development Companies both in Nigeria and in the United States of America carving a niche as a Project Management Professional. 

As The Director, Business and Property Development for UAC Property Development company (2007- 2018), several legacy/signature projects were delivered under his leadership including but not limited to, Golden Tulip Festac Lagos & Festival Mall both at Amuwo Odofin; KPMG Office Towers VI, VMP ( Exxon Mobil Luxury Residential apartments) in Victoria Island, Cameron Green & , Trenchard Place both luxury residential apartments in Ikoyi; Pinnock Beach Estate, Arcadia Grove Estate, Metro Gardens , Romay Gardens & Treasure Gardens (all) in Lekki, Pinnacle Luxury Residences Maitama, Abuja , FGN – Auditor General Head Office , Abuja as well as Emerald Court premium Homes , Abuja etc. 

His over 35 years working experience covers stints with ASA Partnership, a firm of Chartered Quantity Surveyors & Property Development Consultants, Wema Bank Plc and UACN Property Development Company PLC (UPDC).He has attended several professional trainings both locally and internationally including Harvard Business School, George Washington University, Lagos Business School & the US based Project Management Institute.

He is married with children.
