Esv. Bashir Olaniyi Oladunni is a real estate expert with over 22 years industry knowledge. He joined Wemabod Limited year 2002 as an Estate Officer rose to become the Head of Property Management before his elevation to the position of Executive Director Business Development. As Executive Director Business Development, he is responsible for overseeing the operations and strategies of the Business while ensuring that the business objectives are achieved, and creating an environment that promotes staff commitment to the achievement of the organisational vision, mission, and strategy. He also has oversight functions on the Company’s over N34billion real estate assets.
He obtained his HND in Estate Management from The Polytechnic Ibadan in 1997 and MSc in Housing Development and Management from the University of Ibadan in 2004. He completed his Postgraduate Diploma in Estate Management from the Federal University of Technology Akure in 2014 and obtained his M.Tech in Estate Management at the Bells University of Technology, Otta, Ogun State in 2020.He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers and a Registered Member of the Estate Surveyors & Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria.
Esv. Bashir Oladunni is a PMI Certified Project Management Professional and a Chartered Arbitrator. He has worked directly with seasoned Estate Surveyors while in the employ of Muri Adi Associates before joining Wemabod Limited in 2002. He is very vast in Real Estate Investment Analysis, Portfolio Management and Project Management.
Oladunni is an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School (SMP 74) and has attended various quality and relevant local and international trainings. He is a member of the Ikoyi Club and also a member of Rotary Club of Ikoyi.
He is happily married with children.
